We visited the Tasca dealership in Johnston, RI on October 5th in hopes of replacing our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country (192,000 miles and in need of a new transmission). We believe that any well run business starts from the top down. The staff at this location are friendly and ready to assist you. We were greeted by Donna (who is a ray of sunshine). She brought us to our salesman, Brian Evans. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He brought up a 2025 Nissan Sentra for us to test drive, starting with a drive around the lot to give us other options. We decided to purchase the Nissan. GM Steve Lawrence stopped to greet us. He assured us that we would be taken care of by the team. After taking care of the registration and insurance, Brian introduced us to Mark Calzo, Finance. Mark and Steve worked to find a financial solution that would work for us. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed All of the details with us. We appreciate everyone's efforts and are happy with the Nissan Sentra. We are also happy that they disposed of our old car! And, a shout out to the Service Dept. We have had the Town & Country serviced here many times. The Service Consultants, Dana and Kylie, and the Certified Technicians, Shane and Jacob are top notch. You can rest assured that you will get an honest evaluation of work to be done. No padding the bill with work you don't need here. And the work will be done by highly skilled technicians.
