Wonderful experience from the dealership Over the last ten years I have been getting my cars from Mercedes Benz Boston. Over that time the service I have received has been wonderful. The two sales people that I have worked with are Dana Lo Nano and more recently, Georgina Stavropoulos. Both are very easy to talk to and understand customer needs, so the transition from one car to the next is seamless. I would highly recommend them. More

Excellence is Herb Chambers' watchword and my experience over the years has convinced me this is not just an empty promise, but the goal that is sure Excellence is Herb Chambers' watchword and my experience over the years has convinced me this is not just an empty promise, but the goal that is surely way when it comes to . Any company is only as good as the people who work there and Mr. Chambers hires only the best. These are true professionals who have treated my wife and I with impeccable service since the middle eighties. (I'm sure at sometimes this was not so easy.) Not only are his prices extremely competitive, these people will provide you with the kind of buying experience you only wish were more commonplace. I only wish more companies--not just automobile dealers--would take a lesson from this outfit. No mention of their service/repair work as I am an out off state buyer/lessee. However, I have no reason to believe their shop would not mirror the same excellent experience of the dealership as a whole. More
