Dana was both personal and professional in dealing with my wife. Jason did a good job explaining the lease agreement just had trouble getting the address corrected in the to many documents that we had to my wife. Dina was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. We did all our transactions online via email and text message. I walked into the dealership. I did a test drive. I told him I wanted the car. We did not talk about money because we did all that online. I was in and out in approximately an hour. Based on this experience, I plan on going back to Genesis of Naples when I'm ready for my next car. More

Painless, easy process. Dana was great - very knowledgeable and professional. I had lots of questions and he patiently explained everything. I would definitely recommend Dana and Genesis of Naples to friends and family. The finance portion with Lance was so quick and easy - mostly because of his very helpful suggestions when it came to making the lease add-on decisions. I took off one star for the dealership only because of the remodeling of the facility. Even so, they made the experience as easy and streamlined as possible. More

In November I purchased a 2023 G80 which had been a loaner vehicle. It's a beautiful car but soured by lack of follow up. There were three minor issues at time of sale. The gas tank was on E. Dana loaner vehicle. It's a beautiful car but soured by lack of follow up. There were three minor issues at time of sale. The gas tank was on E. Dana said to fill it up with regular and send a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. I went to the nearest gas station and when opening the gas cap, it said to use PREMIUM gas. I hate to use the "L" word but this was a blatant "L"! Next, one key fob did not work and Dana went and replaced the battery, returned and said "all set". Another "L", the key fob needs recalibrating and I need a service appt. to have this done. Service appt. was 5 weeks out which I didn't make due to the third outstanding issue. There was a paint flaw that I would need to return for requiring several days at dealership. They would provide a loaner. Several phone calls and many texts still have not provided a resolution. Holidays, painter on vacation, painter not available, etc. Lack of return of my texts and calls is rude and intolerable. I contacted a local car paint repair facility. They said they could make the repair with 100% satisfaction at my residence and would only involve 1/2 day of nonuse. All for under $600. I sent this information to the dealer and still waiting for a positive response. I expect a lot more from a salesperson, especially one selling expensive cars. When people ask me how I like my Genesis, (and they do)I say "I love it" but DON'T buy at Genesis of Naples. Thank you for this platform.' More

The Genesis line far surpassed expectations in luxury & performance in every way and I've been familiar with Toyota/Lexus600LS for the last 30 years. We purchased the G90 & will be back in Spring to buy a GV80 from Dana. The dealership service/waiting area is pleasant but not exactly upscale and we understand a renovation is happening in 2025. More
