Drove 3 hours from New Port Richey to buy a used 2024 Genesis G70. Spoke with Brian the day before and informed him I would be there in the morning and send him my pre-approval info from Achieva Credit Genesis G70. Spoke with Brian the day before and informed him I would be there in the morning and send him my pre-approval info from Achieva Credit Union. When I arrived at 10am, can was not ready. It was not cleaned and was very dirty. When I asked about getting the car cleaned and detailed, Brian told me that hey we're not.going to detail the car. Granted, this was not a new vehicle but was priced at $43,000. For $43k.purxhase price, I would expect better from genesis dealer. Asked for my keys so.i could leave. GM Carlos came out and out me with another salesperson and said go get lunch while they cleaned the car. Came back from lunch and purchased the car. Car was still not very clean but was better. Had lots of ants running around inside car. Not sure where this was stored. My trade in was cleaner after driving it 3 hours in the rain. Was not a good experience. Would not buy from this dealer again. Do better Genesis of Naples. More

Dana was both personal and professional in dealing with my wife. Dina was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. We did all our transactions online via email and text message. I walked into the dealership. I did a test drive. I told him I wanted the car. We did not talk about money because we did all that online. I was in and out in approximately an hour. Based on this experience, I plan on going back to Genesis of Naples when I'm ready for my next car. More

Painless, easy process. Dana was great - very knowledgeable and professional. I had lots of questions and he patiently explained everything. I would definitely recommend Dana was great - very knowledgeable and professional. I had lots of questions and he patiently explained everything. I would definitely recommend Dana and Genesis of Naples to friends and family. The finance portion with Lance was so quick and easy - mostly because of his very helpful suggestions when it came to making the lease add-on decisions. I took off one star for the dealership only because of the remodeling of the facility. Even so, they made the experience as easy and streamlined as possible. More
