Used 2013 Ram They sold me a truck with what I was told came with the remainder of the factory warranty. Turns out the truck was originally purchased in Canada. Whe They sold me a truck with what I was told came with the remainder of the factory warranty. Turns out the truck was originally purchased in Canada. When it left Canada and was registered in a different country, the warranty is null and void. The water pump went out and over heated the engine causing internal engine problems. Now I need a new engine. $8000. Ryan Auto offered absolutely no compensation. When I was told by John Dondelinger that there was nothing they could do. I lost all confidence in everyone I dealt with. Reece and Dane both told me there was a remainder of factory warranty. More

Ryan had what we wanted at a price that I was comfortable with after a few months of watching the private seller and dealership market. I consider myself to be an informed customer. They went a little farther than the other dealerships to earn my business. When it is time to buy again Ryan will be our first stop. My only complaint was that the finance person was very busy that day and we were there a little longer than I wanted to be, but he was working diligently to take care of his customers so I don't fault him at all for that. We were his last purchase to finance and he still had a smile on his face and was very easy going and fun to chat with through the process. More

My experience with this dealership was the best I have ever had - hands down! I was greeted at the door with a pleasant smile from Todd who was very enthusiastic to help. I gave the description of what I was looking for, and he followed all the details to a "T" (except for the fact that he was able to upgrade my used car theory into a brand new one with a great warranty!! There were no pushy sales tactics, and he kept this transaction very stress free. Loved working with all of the staff - right down to Dane in the finance office (let's be real... no one likes the "final" paperwork process, and the fact that you have to pay for your shopping spree).
