Walked into the building when they opened @ 8:30 a.m. and drove away with the vehicle at 11:00 a.m. Asked Todd Rodenwald numerous questions about the vehicle and financing, took a test drive in the vehicle we purchased and decided to purchase. Todd was very forthright and honest answering all our questions and did everything he could to expedite the process (including getting our license plates). Todd is a straight shooter and a nice guy. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from him and Ryan should the opportunity arise. The vehicle we purchased was at least $1600 less than any other vehicle we could find advertised on any Metro dealer web site when doing a direct comparison of features. We compared 52 other vehicles at the other web sites to the exact one we purchased. More

It had been a good experience so we were ready for a new van and decided to give him a call. The next day we went to the dealership and within a couple hrs we were headed home in our new van. Todd listens to your wants and needs. I have had salesmen tell me what they want me to buy and not listen to what I want. They do not earn my business. The paperwork was done quickly and by the time we cleaned out old van the papers were ready to sign. When you go back to this dealership the same employees are still there.
