Left with a Car I had been eyeing up a used car on their website for a couple weeks and finally decided to stop in and check it out. At the time I was currently driv I had been eyeing up a used car on their website for a couple weeks and finally decided to stop in and check it out. At the time I was currently driving an older model Dodge which I very much loved and didn't "have" to get rid of. We worked with Melisa while we were there. She was extremely friendly and personable to work with, but could have been more informational on the vehicle and its features when we had questions. Took the car for a test drive - was pleased and sat down to talk pricing. We tried negotiating on price a couple times and dealership was more reluctant than I expected to budge very much on the listed price. As much as that disappointed me, I was tickled with the trade-in deal they offered me for my older car. Left the dealer that night to think about it. The next day I tried one more time for a better deal on the car and managed to get the listed price down a whopping $428. (I really think they could have done better) Nonetheless we purchased the car and got the trade-in. The only other comment I have was the day we came in to do paperwork. Dane (finance person) was having a lot of trouble getting his printer to work and we wasted a lot of time sitting there doing nothing. He mentioned he had been having the problem for awhile so I really hope they get that straightened out for future buyers because it was rather unprofessional. More

Bruce was great. He didn't do any pressuring he got us the best deal he could and he was a great guy to work with. He bent his schedule to fit our needs and I really felt like he was doing his best to give us a good experience and the best deal he could. I did have some frustration in the process of buying this van. First of all the ad that I saw clearly said you could get 0% financing AND a discounted price. It did not say OR. But when you get there they politely tell you oh I'm sorry sir you can't have it both ways. I hate to say it but that still pisses me off. Then I was giving an incredibly low offer for my trade It was about half what I was expecting Don't even bother trading your own vehicle in Then you move along to the whole shady process where the lady tries to sell you a paint coating that you don't need by rubbing the roughest surface possible I don't think there's ever a car that feels that rough and for some reason you have to put on gloves to feel the difference between this weird rough surface and they're amazingly smooth surface that you can get from their expensive paint coating Very cheesy. From what I have seen of the service department those guys seem very respectful very competent and I look forward to working with them in the future I have nothing but positive feelings from the service department going forward. Then finally you get to the end where you think you're done but then the finance guy tries to push and extended warranty that nobody needs But I get that that's part of the process What I do have a problem with, however, Is when after refusing the warrantee he comes back with well here is the best price I could do and suddenly there is a better price than the one I refuse before I hate that! Be honest the whole time! Just be upfront! Give me the same price the last guy got and no more misleading advertising. I think there are some very good people working in this dealership, but I also think there needs to be some adjustment and how the whole process is run More
