I have been a customer of Lia Hyundai for 20 years and have purchased 3 vehicles there: 2 Santa Fe's and my current vehicle, a 2016 Tucson. Despite the many issues (blown engine @76K miles in 2021) and re have purchased 3 vehicles there: 2 Santa Fe's and my current vehicle, a 2016 Tucson. Despite the many issues (blown engine @76K miles in 2021) and recalls with this vehicle, Lia Hyundai has kept things as painless as possible! They have a very good service staff, as well as mechanics. The reason for my recent visit was to upgrade the anti-theft software. I was happy to have Hector Morales take care of me, as I have dealt with him in the past. Always pleasant, attentive and efficient. More

I bought my Hyundai Tucson 2 years ago, with Azee, who was a helpful sales associate! Even though I had an extended warranty, I was leery of utilizing their Service Dept, as I had negative previous expe was a helpful sales associate! Even though I had an extended warranty, I was leery of utilizing their Service Dept, as I had negative previous experiences with dealerships on service. That's changed! Dane Moressette has set my mind at ease when it comes to their Service Dept! Dane is knowledgeable, professional and personable! Someone I can trust when it comes to caring for my vehicle! Dane Morrisette at Lia Hyundai of Hartford is a great service writer. This dealership in particular is very accommodating and thorough.
