2013 Smart Car- Truly Dedicated Customer Service My girlfriend and I stopped by the Mercedes-Benz of Columbia as our eighth visit to a dealership in the last 2 weeks, not to mention numerous car lots My girlfriend and I stopped by the Mercedes-Benz of Columbia as our eighth visit to a dealership in the last 2 weeks, not to mention numerous car lots and private party purchase attempts. As this was our first serious car purchase we wanted to be sure we were making a sound investment. As someone currently working in sales, I write this as earnestly as I can...Nothing compared to the service we received at this dealership. Upon entering the lot, Charles England immediately met us outside eager to help us despite the intense heat. Charles showed his excellence as as a salesman through his terrific customer service, vast knowledge, and genuine interest in making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Following that, we were introduced to Danh Do, the financial guru, never have I met anyone in the finance, business, retail, or the service industry that could compete with his customer service. Honestly, it shouldn't be referred to as that because Danh truly makes you feel more than a customer. He presented us with numerous options that could work within our budget. We spoke openly with him regarding what we were trying to accomplish and what decision would help us achieve that. Ultimately, Danh truly went above and beyond for us to achieve we got the deal. Both of these "employees" are what make a company truly special. You two together with your respective teams made our first serious car purchase easy, reassuring, comfortable, and most of all enjoying. I cannot speak highly enough about my amazing experience here and it can be assured to have our business despite a 65+ mile drive. More
