This was the first time we have purchased a vehicle from out of state that needed to be shipped, so it was important that I have a l outstanding!!!! I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received from Samantha, Danh and the general manager of the dealership. They treated me fairly, were responsive to my needs, and ensured that I received the 2022 C43 AMG cabriolet at a fair price in a timely manner. They were generous with their time, very professional, and wanted me to be happy with the purchase. While some dealers these days do not seem to have the best interest of the customer in mind, I can honestly say that I was treated very fairly and feel valued as a customer. I would not hesitate to do business with Samantha and the Columbia team again. Clearly 5 stars and two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!!! More
