Unfortunately my experience at the dealership did not go well at all. too noisy music too loud to concentrate when trying to get info on details of purchase, . I walked in prepared to purchase the Vehicle I found in my search on the internet. I printed and gave the salesman so he had to do nothing, but give me my financing information. I was not given any paperwork of details. I was not made aware of any warranties or anything that pertain to the purchase of the vehicle, the salesman knew zero about the vehicle I was purchasing. Only paperwork I received was at my request 1 day later. Today 5 days later is when i finally got them to send me all the paperwork for the sale. Only paperwork I received that day was my registration and a receipt of the cashI paid at the cashier. I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships in my lifetime and never experienced the inexperienced as I did in this dealership, although the finance officer was very pleasant. He too had no idea I was not given any information in reference to any warranties or anything pertaining to this sale. He absolute thought the sales person had gone over any details needed before I went in to finalize the sale. The detailing of the vehicle was horrible it Literally felt greasy to the touch still dirty inside when I took the vehicle home I had to detail it on my own. I would not recommend this dealership, with all the negative experience I had and still a week later I’m still downloading all the paperwork at home from emails at my request since I received nothing not even a folder with a welcome or thank you for choosing their dealership for the purchase, in all honesty I found this vehicle myself via the Internet it had the cost on what to expect but needless to say once at the dealership that did not go as indicated on the flyer described in on the Internet. the finance person was very pleasant he to was misinformed by those who jobs are not being done correctly which I have made him aware of five days later from the date, I purchased a vehicle. I’m just now finding out exactly what it is I am paying for which once you do electric signature they just pick whatever they want. I was not given the option for warranty they decided and never mentioned it to me. , I found out five days later, they put me with a company. that charge is over $4000 for warranty. I was not given that option nor was it ever mentioned. There are so many inconsistencies to mention I’ll just leave it at that. My answer to would I ever purchase a vehicle at this establishment again the answer is a flat no after traveling close to two hours totally was not worth worth the trip. More

The service I had done here at Greenway Kia West was a top tier experience! I brought my car in for some basic maintenance and a oil change replacement. These techs don't waste no time, they had the job done less than an 1hr. I was impressed, the car felt perfect while driving! David my Service Advisor was super thorough and chill. I would definitely recommend bringing your Kia here for any repairs or service needs. I appreciate the whole experience..Thanks guys! More
