NEVER bring you vehicle to Flowers Nissan in Thomasville, Ga. Terrible service and communication. My vehicle wasn’t repaired and I have razor blade cuts in my dash from the exchange of my dash infotainment s Ga. Terrible service and communication. We’ve always used for services. We’re thankful they repaired our vehicle with less than 80,000 miles that had to have transmission replaced. We do not abuse our vehicle or use for anything but pleasure or long trips. Only thing I have problems with is the fact that you are told we will call back and you get no communication, hard to find out status on repair work. Taking so long to get warranty work approved and completed. More

It took 6 phone calls to even get someone to answer the phone to direct me to service and when I finally got someone, the “consultant” was less than friendly. Acted like I was burdening them to answer my c phone to direct me to service and when I finally got someone, the “consultant” was less than friendly. Acted like I was burdening them to answer my call and questions. I did not get daily updates. No wonder this dealership is struggling so bad. More
