Battery change done, earlier today I'm driving my car and a completely Cuts off. I look at the battery and they did not tighten the battery clamps to the Post. They did not strap it back down either. Trim pins missing and now the Box holding the battery moves with it. Saying I need so much more work that I actually need. Every time I brought it in what needed work changed. I.e, first visit everything looked fine, second visit I needed new tires because the passenger front was quote splitting. Needless to say, I took the tire off when I got it back home and it is perfectly fine. I do not recommend getting service here. Way overpriced and service advisor is a jacka$$. Don't even get your oil changed here.

I have already spent way too much time and money at flowers Nissan. You had the opportunity to do it right the first time. In fact, I had a quote guarantee that the first fix would be it. Had to bring it back in two more times. I have no interest in communicating with flowers Nissan, again, you had the opportunity to do it right the first time. Don't get me wrong, I get mistakes, but the shoddy workmanship speaks for itself, you lost a customer and a family of customers.
