Daniel was very knowledgeable about the features in the CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a lot of time watching people come to the desk and leave, walking back and forth many times, disappearing for a while then reappearing. Waited over a hour sitting around waiting for the finance guy. Seemed the communication between employees could be improved. And the refusal to move much off the sticker was frustrating, but I get that is how dealers maintain margin. The low ball on my trade in was unfortunate… I again understand a dealer is trying to extract as much margin as possible but that was a rude offer. Happy with my car, not entirely happy with the price, and the overall experience needs work. More
