Nevin, the General Manager, publicly asked me to contact him directly to resolve my concerns. I did — multiple times. Unfortunately, he never followed up or took any action. This was after serious issues him directly to resolve my concerns. I did — multiple times. Unfortunately, he never followed up or took any action. This was after serious issues, including dealer add-ons totaling $5,880 that were presented as mandatory and a signed Due Bill for repairs that were never completed. Despite giving management every opportunity to fix the situation, I was met with silence. If even the General Manager fails to follow through after asking you to reach out, it’s clear where accountability ends. Very disappointing experience. More

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Chevrolet of Culver City. I had been in contact with Blake from the sales department on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, and again the next morning with Chevrolet of Culver City. I had been in contact with Blake from the sales department on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, and again the next morning on August 28th regarding a specific F-150 diesel. Blake assured me multiple times that the truck was ready to go and available for purchase. Based on his word, I committed my time, rearranged my schedule, and drove over 3 hours from Fresno with the clear intention of buying the truck. When I arrived at the dealership, not only was Blake nowhere to be found, but another salesperson from his team came out and began the process with me. Instead of addressing the truck I had been told was ready, he first attempted to show me a completely different vehicle that I had no interest in. After clarifying and pointing out the exact truck I had been discussing with Blake via text, I was then informed that the vehicle was actually not available, that it still needed work, and was not ready for sale. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had communicated clearly, double-checked before making the drive, and was assured everything was good to go. Instead, I wasted over 6 hours of my day driving back and forth, not to mention the added gas expense and lost time. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. If the truck was not ready or not available, that should have been communicated to me upfront. Instead, I was given false assurances and misled into making a long trip for nothing. I strongly believe dealerships should be upfront, honest, and respectful when dealing with potential buyers—especially when customers are traveling long distances. Unfortunately, my experience at Chevrolet of Culver City was the exact opposite. Based on this, I cannot recommend this dealership, and I will be sharing this experience so others are aware before doing business here More
