Best, Easiest Car Purchase Experience I've Ever Had Buying a new Hyundai Accent from Central Autogroup was the best, easiest car experience I've had in 20 years of buying new cars. Seriously. Made an Buying a new Hyundai Accent from Central Autogroup was the best, easiest car experience I've had in 20 years of buying new cars. Seriously. Made an inquiry and let them know I was serious about buying soon. I have a long commute and a penchant for cheapskate cars (as an aside, the Accent fits the bill perfectly). I heard back from the dealer in an hour or so. Via phone, I let them know what I wanted to pay and they got close to that within 10 minutes of starting the conversation. By the way, the car's MSRP was $17,863. The dealership already offered a super discount, plus a $1,000 factory rebate, PLUS the dealership honored their $500 online coupon. Out the door we were talking $15,150. The Finance department, usually the worst part of the whole car buying experience, was actually pleasant. No pressure to buy extended warranties or any of that nonsense; the whole thing from application to approval to signing the papers took less than 30 minutes! I never leave reviews for businesses, but I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Central Autogroup; also note they didn't even ask me to leave a review. Don't waste your time with other dealerships, go with no-B.S. More

I came here to buy my first vehicle and Chris and Tyler were both amazing as well as the other sales representatives! I absolutely love my new Hyundai. This dealership is very efficient and proper. They did offer me $1500 for my trade that was easily worth admittedly several thousand dollars, despite their advertised four thousand trade deal, and the full advertised price. They finally upped the trade price and we made a deal and a couple hours later I dropped off a cashiers check for the balance. This was on a Friday afternoon prior to a Monday Labor Day holiday. I was in no particular hurry and agreed to a Monday delivery. which was their suggestion and no problem according to them. The car was not registered when I arrived and I was told DMV was not accessible on the holiday, but they could issue me a temporary registration, so I said Tuesday was fine. The car was not ready Tuesday because the office staff was too busy, but it would be ready later in the afternoon. Not ready again. Wednesday morning the car still was not ready, but was told the staff was very busy and it would be ready later in the afternoon. At 3:40 PM the car still wasn't ready so sales walked "across the street" and waited while it was processed. The car was washed and the gas tank almost empty. A salesman, Rob, apologetically rushed to fill it up. My new salesman, Dan, was excellent, but had his hands tied trying to take care of me when even the sales manager could not perform. I left feedback twice and I was not contacted as was stated on their website. Easy deal marred by failure to deliver.... More
