I am posting about our experience with Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft. Pierce in the hope that others will not encounter the same issue. My mother, a widow, purchased a used Tesla from Arrigo and opted Dodge Jeep Ram Ft. Pierce in the hope that others will not encounter the same issue. My mother, a widow, purchased a used Tesla from Arrigo and opted for a tire and rim package, similar to what I have done with my Nissans without incident. When the rear tires showed significant wear, she contacted the sales representative, who suggested filing a warranty claim due to the tread depth. The warranty company approved the claim, and new tires were installed. However, six months later, the tire pressure warning system activated frequently. After multiple visits to the dealership and an initial repair for a bent valve stem, the problem persisted. Music was a little load. Had to talk loader to hear the sells rep and other people. The size of the lobby made the music echo out Was upsetting to me and my wife. Me and my wife was only told who had the lowest interest. We was never offered a print out or even a chance to look at it on the monitor. So we truly don’t know what offers we had. I bought used jeep on Jan 6th after driving for 5 days it was in the shop for oil leak. Arrigo soad they did 125 point inspection but had they actually done the inspection all the issues It had would have be was in the shop for oil leak. Also they would have found it had air horns on it, which they didnt till I informed them. The jeep has been in the shop since Jan 11th having all the seals replaced. When I reached out to arrigo dodge for help the financial guy tried to help but his boss wouldnt return my calls. I did get a text that said sorry for the inconvenience. Asked about thirty day return or them to buy it back and got a no on the first request and nothing about buying it back avoid this dealership at all cost. More
