The service man Daniel was outstanding, he took the time to explain what was going on with the car . What I was disappointed & angered about was I took a Warrenty when I purchased this car after the lease w to explain what was going on with the car . What I was disappointed & angered about was I took a Warrenty when I purchased this car after the lease was up , the salesman told me it covers the car on everything except gas, battery & tires. Well of course it did not !! The wobble in my son’s car due to a defect in the Jeeps part was ordered but they have NO idea when the part will be in !! What a joke . Daniel was great the dealership & Chrysler stinks ! We will wait for the part , meantime the wobble is so bad my son has to rent a car !! More
