Purchased a certified preowned and traded in a perfectly operating vehicle. Within a week and less than driving 50 miles my “certified preowned vehicle” is misfiring and flashing engine light. No loaner or rental vehicle was offered, only a Uber ride home. I am still waiting to hear from a sales manager without any returned calls. Very disappointed in Arrigo and the way the business is being ran now. Especially as a returning customer of many years. More
