Based on past experience elsewhere, I planned for several hours of negotiating. To my surprise, they offered me a price below what I was expecting to pay, no haggling needed! They also gave me the price I expected for my trade in. The finance manager was able to secure me a loan which was, again, better than I expected based on my credit score. This was the easiest, most pain-free experience. It was apparent that every staff member I dealt with only cared about one thing: a happy customer. A+ all the way. More
