I had another great experience with Heritage Mazda, trading one CX-5 for another. Amin was excellent to work with for financing. He found a lower rate than what was quoted to me on the phone and did no trading one CX-5 for another. Amin was excellent to work with for financing. Jack & Daniel were the same way. they thoroughly explained everything to me, listened to my needs and wants, and made the whole process very easy. I actually saved money by trading my 2020 for a 2022. And I have a brand new car with a new warranty. Thanks guys. More

There are "wants" and "needs" in life. I wanted a new Mazda CX5 (loaded) but did not need. Living in the neighborhood, my husband and I would drove by the dealership on Sunday and look at the cars. Fin Mazda CX5 (loaded) but did not need. Living in the neighborhood, my husband and I would drove by the dealership on Sunday and look at the cars. Finally, one Wednesday evening we decided to stop by and take a test drive and learn more. First, we we impressed with how many customers were there on a Wednesday at 5pm. Second, our sales rep was a young man named Stef. While it was obvious that he was young and new with Mazda, he was very kind, thorough and, most important, knowledgeable of the Mazda CX5 and its many features. Stef worked with us every step of the way to make me go from "wanting" a car to "needing" a car. Stef is also good at explaining "technology" to the older crowd. :) Paris was great to work with during the Finance process as well. Very straightforward and honest. Looking forward to many years with Mazda! More
