I made an appointment in advance for a diagnostic and a headlight replacement. It took over five hours, and the diagnostic was $125, a service that most places perform for free within minutes. I was told to wear a mask but saw guys in shop without a mask or pulling theirs on or off in the short time I was in the check in area. I asked not to have my car washed and they did it anyway. I had an appointment to get 3 things fixed on my Juke. They started working on my car 2 1/2 hours After my appointment time, stranding my 89-year-old mother 30 miles away. They told me it would be at least an hour, so I made calls to get Mom situated. Then they said it would only be 10 minutes. I was fairly freaked when they rushed me out of there and forgot to ask about my key fobs and my tire pressure. 4-5 days later we received a call telling us the battery in my fob needed to be changed. Why wasn’t that done when they had it? I had to make a 100 mile round trip to get my tires checked and my key fobs fixed. Daniel still wasn’t listening to me. He said he told ‘them’ to put a new battery in the fob. I had to tell him twice that someone from Youngblood had called our house about the battery in the fob. More
