Good service, poor communication When I first took my car in, Chase was in charge of my service. He was really helpful and was great at explaining what was going on with each step tha When I first took my car in, Chase was in charge of my service. He was really helpful and was great at explaining what was going on with each step that they were taking but then he had some time off and everything went downhill from there. I was told to contact Daniel, which I did, and he told me he was busy and would call me back. I waited a whole day and never got a call back, even after I left voicemails. I also had a family member, who sold me the car, call and leave messages, he also never got a call back. The next day I came up there to pick it up and was told it had been done, so I’m unsure why I never got a call to tell me it was ready. I was also unhappy because I was told the diagnostic would cost about $100-150 and I ended up paying $250 and no one really explained why it was more than what I was told. More

Awesome service! Nissan service is nothing shy of incredible. My service advisor, Andy, in incredible. When he is not there, Daniel takes amazing care of me as well. Best customer service/service dept ever My suv acted up on a trip out of town, I took it to Youngblood Nissan and my transmission was going out along with two rear wheel ball bearings. They My suv acted up on a trip out of town, I took it to Youngblood Nissan and my transmission was going out along with two rear wheel ball bearings. They set me up with a rental to be able to get back to St. Louis. Fixed my transmission and found that the issue with the ball bearings was under warranty just like the transmission. They fixed my windshield washer tube and kept me updated on everything, every step of the way!!!! If only all car dealerships were like this More
