Very helpful and Exceptionally nice to deal with I brought my girls car in for a few recall repairs. When i arrived they were very strait forward and didn't have me wait to talk to them like most pla I brought my girls car in for a few recall repairs. When i arrived they were very strait forward and didn't have me wait to talk to them like most places. I was in and out within 10 mins. I So it took up very little of my personal time.... They where very quick with the repairs as well. Took them about a hour a and a half to fix a air bag and a transmission issue. Then they explained what they did and gave me some paperworl to clarify even further.... They also went out of thier way to fix my key fob amd inspect the car and price any damages I needed fixed More

Stand behind your words. When I bought my vehicle I was told as long as I done my oil changes with them I would have free time rotation for my ownership of the vehicle. Now on When I bought my vehicle I was told as long as I done my oil changes with them I would have free time rotation for my ownership of the vehicle. Now on oil change number 2 they charged me for it. Very disappointed!!! More

Amazing Customer Service!! Was having problems with my Nissian Murano . It was making noises . So I took it to Oriellys and had them check my oil levels and other fluids. They s Was having problems with my Nissian Murano . It was making noises . So I took it to Oriellys and had them check my oil levels and other fluids. They said it was fine. But that I had a sensor out. My gut instinct said there is something else wrong . So I took it to the Nissian Dealership in Springfield. The first time I had ever been there was kinda nervous. Was greeted by this really nice man . Had my baby with me so he helped me get him comfortable with some New Toys. Took my keys and said they could get me right in. Got to hang out in a very nice , clean waiting room . He immediately came and told me I only had two quarts of oil in my car . That is was dangerously low on oil and they were glad I had came in because I could of ruined my motor .So they fixed it up and now it runs like new!! Also got a Free Car Wash!! Love this Place!! Would recommend to anyone !!! More
