Oil change I've been several times for service and all I get is the run around ... they tell my car has a "ghost" and they cant figure out what is wrong with it. Refinished headlights Daniel was very helpful on the phone when I called in to ask about service. Day of they were very busy with phone calls and appointments. What I exp Daniel was very helpful on the phone when I called in to ask about service. Day of they were very busy with phone calls and appointments. What I expected to be 1.5 - 2hr appointment turned into a 3-3.5hr appointment. Was frustrating at the end but Daniel did keep me posted and I could tell was pushing to get my car out. He also found a recall on my car and set up the fix and ordered the parts while I was there. More

Janet & Gale We were on the road due to a family emergency when our low tire pressure warning came on . We pulled into Youngblood Nissan for help. Unfortunately We were on the road due to a family emergency when our low tire pressure warning came on . We pulled into Youngblood Nissan for help. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired, so we bought new tires. The whole process was less than 90 minutes start to finish! Daniel in service was absolutely wonderful! Service techs were great! We were able to continue our trip to Cape Girardeau with peace of mind. Thank you so much Daniel & crew! More

First Visit Daniel took excellent care of me. It just so happened that I needed my license plates mounted at about the same time that I needed a tire checked for Daniel took excellent care of me. It just so happened that I needed my license plates mounted at about the same time that I needed a tire checked for a slow leak. I asked Daniel if they would mind putting on the plates, he said "no problem" without hesitation. My experience was pleasant and efficient; the cost was reasonable, and so was the wait (I didn't have an appointment). I will return. Laura, the associate who took my payment, was friendly and courteous. More

Juke wouldn’t start, took them a week to figure out The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start The woman I first contacted was super friendly and helpful. I’m a freshman in collage and I’m 3 hours away from my family. My 2011 Juke wouldn’t start and wouldn’t jump. It took them a week to even get it started and they tried out a lot of different things. They charged almost $400 dollars just to replace my sparkplugs. They did some extra work we didn’t ask for but didn’t charge us. Overall the customer service was good but I was at a disadvantage in a new town and feel like they upcharged me for a solution they didn’t even know would work. More
