Daniel was great was very professional and informative through out the entire visit and was very clear about what services were priorities and safety issues, what I appreciated most was he wasn't pushy l through out the entire visit and was very clear about what services were priorities and safety issues, what I appreciated most was he wasn't pushy like many other car dealerships about getting misc. things done just informed me on them and let me make the choice, especially since I was getting a over $600 job done in the middle of a pandemic, and being recently unemployed, things are kinda rough but Great Job Daniel! keep up the good work! Daniel checked tires and said they are cupped or feathered wors Car in for service CR-V 2019 28000 miles, very loud tire noise and a very rough ride. Daniel checked tires and said they are cupped or feathered worse in rear. Might be out of alignment and were causing the problem of tire wearing unevenly. I asked how can a new car be out of alignment so fast and tire worn so fast at 28000 miles. I had to get the aligned and purchase four new tires. I asked for some of the cost to be born by dealer which was negative. I was very unhappy and disappointed Louis Spagnardi More
