Excellent customer service. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler experienced suspension and steering problems that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. We have a long history with the Larry Mill The 2018 Jeep Wrangler experienced suspension and steering problems that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. We have a long history with the Larry Miller Jeep dealership so obviously the vehicle was taken to them. We have a new Service Advisor Mr. Daniel Dallman. Daniel took ownership of the situation. The Wrangler Rubicon has a complex suspension system, and it took a day to get a complete estimate. Daniel explained every single line of the multi page estimate in layman terms I could understand. Due to parts being ordered Daniel said repair would take several days. What I really appreciated was that Daniel called EVERY DAY with an update on progress. This personal touch is very rare in 2024. I had great faith in Daniel. The repairs were completed, oil change done, front end alignment and the Jeep was washed. I took the Jeep in on Monday and it was ready Thursday evening. The Jeep is now a joy to drive. I appreciate the quality of the work done, and Daniel’s availability and wonderful communication skills. Thank you. More
