Dan grew up in Randolph Wisconsin and attended high school at CWC in Waupun and went to college at UWSP in Stevens Point. Go Pointers! Dan is a huge sports fan of all the Wisconsin teams including The Brewers, Packers, Badgers and Bucks. When he isn’t selling cars and trucks or watching sports he enjoys spending as much time possible hunting ducks, deer and turkeys along with fishing for any fish he can catch whether it’s through the ice or with a rod and line. Had called the dealership to verify a vehicle that I wanted to buy was still available before I made the hour and a half drive. I spoke with the salesman who stated that he would take it off the lot and wanted to buy was still available before I made the hour and a half drive. I spoke with the salesman who stated that he would take it off the lot and hold it for me to get there. So I took off of work. Drop my daughter off at daycare. And made the hour and a half drive up to the dealership. I was literally about to pull into the driveway when I received a call from that salesman stating he had just sold the vehicle to someone else. But wanted to try to sell me a different vehicle. Unbelievably frustrating that I was told a vehicle would be held for me to purchase And then sold out from underneath me. I wasted three hours of my drive time. $100 in gas. Money spent on daycare. And money lost at work for absolutely nothing. I spent the entire car ride home in tears. The manager I spoke to was nice and apologetic. However, I would still never do business with this dealership considering they don't take peoples time and money seriously and they're willing to toss customer service out the window for a sale when they probably could've sold two cars if they would've held to their word. Helpful, honest and super friendly. I’ve spent a little over a year on and off working with Daniel De Vries. The first sales person we had dropped the ball and almost lost the sale, but Lexi got upper management involved, got us what we were asking for our trade-in, handed us off to another sales person who helped lost the sale, but Lexi got upper management involved, got us what we were asking for our trade-in, handed us off to another sales person who helped close the deal and kept us on schedule to pick up our new truck. Our dog Bella was treated like royalty -:) Very happy with the new truck! Glad it all worked out. More
