The Quick Lane is great. friendly, helpful, good service. My last time in for an oil change, I was told told it could be a 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait. I was out of there in an hour. Great Job! Mac Haik Ford Lincoln is an excellent dealership except in the Lincoln pickup and delivery program. We have been customers of Mac Haik since we purchased our 2017 Lincoln Continental from them. We had reas in the Lincoln pickup and delivery program. We have been customers of Mac Haik since we purchased our 2017 Lincoln Continental from them. We had reason to use the advertised Lincoln pickup and delivery. Twice we were told they did not have the vehicles available to honor Lincoln's program The final time they had a vehicle to use. The service department is up to snuff and really a great bunch of people. More

Great experience with my first time to Mac Haik and i'll definitely be back when it comes time to purchase again. I initially came in to see Doc based on a recommendation from Reddit and he was great alb definitely be back when it comes time to purchase again. I initially came in to see Doc based on a recommendation from Reddit and he was great albeit it super busy. He immediately had Shaun step in to assist with most of the work and I would give Shaun an A+. He is awesome. Rene handled all our paperwork and he also did a great job, especially for being the "new guy" from a finance perspective. He set our expectations and even handled an error from my side when typing in my SS with ease. Overall would highly recommend. More
