Happy with the experience I chose a Williamson county dealer since I live in Round Rock and I went to Mac Haik first since they were on a mailer I received (after expressing in I chose a Williamson county dealer since I live in Round Rock and I went to Mac Haik first since they were on a mailer I received (after expressing interest in the Expedition at the 2019 Austin auto show). I had already done a lot of research on options, financing, etc before approaching a dealership and had a good idea of what I wanted so I really didn't need a salesman to help choose, but just to answer a few questions and to efficiently work out a deal. We met with Greg to go over a few vehicle details, test drive and pricing, and wrapped up the deal about 48 hours later with Doc. Of course I did my due diligence and checked around with other local dealers but it was evident pretty quickly Mac Haik was going to have the best deal. The financing session with Jose went well. He of course went over extended warranties and such but could tell I was not interested and was able to take "no" for an answer without excessive pushing that I have experienced at other dealers. Overall it was a good experience with a good amount of transparency, and if we buy another new Ford we will certain look to Mac Haik. More
