Very friendly approach, but did not reflect what we agreed verbally on the contract. I was told I would receive a discount which I didn't. I was told no down payment, but then I was asked for it when I agreed verbally on the contract. I was told I would receive a discount which I didn't. I rejected the extended warranty, but they still incorporated it into my contract, which I realized later and had to redo. Overall, I felt I was taken advantage as I was friendly with them. More
