This was my first time ever buying a new vehicle, and they took complete advantage of that. Norbie decided to charge me over $3000 more than sticker price. Buying a new vehicle for the first time is an intimidating experience, and I went in there thinking I could trust them, with it being a small town dealership. I would have been a customer for life, but now I wouldn’t trust them to perform a simple oil change. When the dust settled, I called Norbie to ask why I was charged over sticker price, he said that’s just the way it works. STAY AWAY from City GMC. I am aware that they can charge whatever they want, but they never displayed why the increase from the sticker price. My next call will be to better business bureau and GMC. More
