Dan Fitzgerald handled my situation calmly and kindly when I came in with a nail in my tire and I received news that it had to be replaced rather than patched. Daniel, I belive that was his name, was great. I had a couple additional issues to address, so I was there a bit longer, but he kept me updated with everything that was going on.
