I asked it to be inspected thoroughly, upon coming home and checking the vehicle over myself I found the coolant reserve tank was nearly empty and was filled with water, I just got the vehicle back and spe and checking the vehicle over myself I found the coolant reserve tank was nearly empty and was filled with water, I just got the vehicle back and specifically asked about coolant condition as it is extremely important to ensure it's within proper spec. Failure to even inspect or fill the reservoir with proper coolant is unacceptable, luckily I had a gallon at home from when I flushed it. The tech also had wheels off and never even spun the hubs to realize there was a noise on the front right wheel which upon inspecting I found metallic shavings on the wheel speed sensor and likely have a failed bearing. More

My experience with this dealership was strictly by phone. Daniel was very helpful in conversation and letting me know appointments. The only thing was time was overshot and that they had to replace lug nuts Daniel was very helpful in conversation and letting me know appointments. The only thing was time was overshot and that they had to replace lug nuts to check the brake recall but broke the lug nuts and charged me. I think the charge should have been to Ford due to the recall. More

Not happy that I can't make an appt ahead of time for service work . Having to call for same day is ridiculous . We have numerous other appointments and need to b able to have set time and date .
