Not happy that I can't make an appt ahead of time for service work . Having to call for same day is ridiculous . We have numerous other appointments and need to b able to have set time and date . Why not service work . Having to call for same day is ridiculous . We have numerous other appointments and need to b able to have set time and date . Why not have 1 or 2 days a week set aside for people wanting to schedule appts? More
