Tech and service manager I dealt with were great. The service manager I talked to when I went in to see what was wrong with it was not friendly at all. He rolled his eyes and acted like I had no business service manager I talked to when I went in to see what was wrong with it was not friendly at all. As always, it was easy to set up an appointment. The crews were ready and my truck was being worked on within 10 minutes of my arrival.
