The idea of no appointment for oil changes didn't work for me. I was told on a first come first served. I made a trip on Friday at 2 PM and was turned away. Another trip Saturday at 8 AM, and was turned for me. I was told on a first come first served. I made a trip on Friday at 2 PM and was turned away. Another trip Saturday at 8 AM, and was turned away. Finally I Calle Monday morning at 8 AM and received an appointment for 3:35 to get the service I needed. Please re-evaluate the first come first served, no appointment necessary policy Thanks More
