I received an email stating I get free Carfax reports, so I checked it out. Carfax is stating my oil change was only performed on 1/8/2018, and that the other two visits since then were for "Maintenance Inspection" when they should have been for the oil change/tire rotation. Carfax is stating my vehicle is overdue for an oil change (thus lowering its value) when it should be properly maintained. The receipts I have from Ewing Subaru of Plano state the oil was changed and the tires were rotated on my three visits. I emailed my concerns with the discrepancy on what Carfax is stating to the salesman who sold me the vehicle. It took him three days to respond with a short reply that ignored my questions on why Carfax is not reporting the services Ewing Subaru said they performed. I asked for contact information for a manager in the service department that I can reach out to and I have yet to receive a response. Once they sell you a vehicle and make their money their service drops like a rock. More
