Daniel was very friendly and went out of his way to guarantee us a good car buying experience! When we test drove the car, we noticed the sunroof wouldn’t stay on track. We drove 7 hours to look at car guarantee us a good car buying experience! When we test drove the car, we noticed the sunroof wouldn’t stay on track. We drove 7 hours to look at cars In Texas and had to head back home that day. They gave us one of their cars to use and drive back until they fixed the sunroof in the one we purchased and then they delivered our car to us a couple days later. More

Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I work in a service industry and rarely do companies exceed my expectations. We had a great experience with Ewing! We were looking for my daughters first car a service industry and rarely do companies exceed my expectations. We had a great experience with Ewing! We were looking for my daughters first car. I found a few online we were interested in. As soon as I sent in my inquiry, Daniel reached out to find out more about what we needed. We had a brief and productive conversation , he was friendly and knowledgeable and we set up an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles. When we got to the dealership, he was with another customer, but had alerted a colleague, Angel, and had the vehicles pulled up and ready for us. We took them out, they’re was no pressure from them. When we got back I asked several questions about the one we were interested in. Angel was truly professional and answered everything in a very straight forward manner, including pricing and safety information. We decided to buy and the process was quick and easy. I normally hate buying cars and have worked with and shopped at many dealerships. This is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you!!! More

I tell everyone to get a Subaru for the service difference that you provide. I love the interior insurance it really helps me be worry free whenever a hail storm is headed our way. After comparison of vehicles and when I was ready to buy I had choice between Honda, Toyota and Subaru. I had to pick Subaru not just cause of amazing vehicle it is but the main difference was customer serv I had choice between Honda, Toyota and Subaru.
