Disappointed that there is no prepaid preventive maintenance package…for beyond 24,000 miles. After all paperwork done and credit application it took 30 min for a finance rep to see me. Daniel Guerrero was a very helpful, knowledgeable & professional Sales Consultant. I had been in an accident & the car rental was going to be ending within the week so we needed a car quickly. He was p professional Sales Consultant. I had been in an accident & the car rental was going to be ending within the week so we needed a car quickly. He was prompt & reliable & communicated well with us. The only negative aspect of the experience was the Wait Time for the Financing Component which was much longer than we’d hoped for through no fault of Daniel’s at all as they were just busy & had 2 customers ahead of us in the process. The long wait time & negotiating (& that my first choice of the car I ended up with in blue) were the only things that we’d hoped would have been shorter & more in our favor but other than that, overall it was a good experience. The dealership was clean & the staff were friendly . More
