A surprise and awesome reward points . Thanks I was waiting in guest area for more than an hour, I rang the bell at the desk to inquire n was told to go to Gary. He told me he texted me 10 mins ago that the car was ready In the past they usually go to customer in person. I checked his text ,says it’s ready also I declined the changed of engine oil filter which he didn’t talk to me about. . He said to me in person that it could wait till next check up next year. I got confusing message from his text and in person conversation.Another thing , I have a small black coins purse with quarters on it and it’s gone. There are still some people who are dishonest in workplace. More
