Kim, I am sorry again for your experience. I did leave you a voice mail last weekend to discuss it with you; I checked and I do not have any messages from you. I will be back in the office tomorrow after 9am, what time can I call you? My Service Manager, Jorge Blanco is also available today until 5pm this afternoon. Thank you, Joe Zich, General Manager.

Kim, I am so sorry that you feel we provided you with poor service and communication. We did provide you with a no cost courtesy rental so you would not be inconvenienced waiting while we diagnosed your car. We also gave the free of charge courtesy rental for the entire time her car was being worked on. Which no other Nissan dealer in the area offered after you stated you made phone calls to several of them. It was your 1st visit at Martin Nissan. Additionally, the repairs were completed a day early by 11:30am and you were notified at that time. We offered for your convenience to return the loaner later than 5 pm when we close the rental office, up to 8pm in the store or even to return it the following morning and had our rental office open 15 minutes early at 6:45am the next day so we could be available for your scheduling needs. I am so sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Maybe we can do better next time. - Thank you, Jorge Blanco, Service Manager`
