There were many difficulties regarding the technology in my car and service department at Volkswagen Duluth tried every repair and replacement that Volkswagen IT gave them. The service department and service department worked their hardest to get things taken care of. Unfortunately Volkswagen corporation IT department was unable to fix our vehicle and its technology problem. Despite the excellent service department and Dan's prompt updates, I am more than unimpressed with Volkswagen corporation as a whole. I will not be purchasing another Volkswagen in the future due to this issue with my specific IT/Bluetooth problem in my car and Volkswagens inability to repair this problem in my custom order r-line premium model, The car was not cheap and this simple problem should have an easier repair and at least a resolution in my problem or compensation for it.
