Volkswagen of Duluth was terrific in all aspects from that Saturday on and they really didn’t owe us anything. They had the problem (bad fuel pump) diagnosed and parts ordered by Noon on Monday. Unfortunately my daughter and I had to take up residence at a nearby hotel for the week, but VW of Duluth kept us well informed throughout and offered rides (thanks TJ) so we could get around while stranded. Dan and the team did everything they could to limit our discomfort in a bad situation.

Today I left the dealership happy.
The EPC LIGHT would come on about every 100 miles, so I asked Dan the service mgr, and he said to bring it in when the light is on, but living 64 mi
The EPC LIGHT would come on about every 100 miles, so I asked Dan the service mgr, and he said to bring it in when the light is on, but living 64 miles away I couldn’t go that far, so I brought it in for a diagnostic. Dan said it was the fuel injector harness and was covered by warranty, but didn’t have the parts so I went back a week later and they fixed it in two hours. Hurrah.Great job guys!
