Dan was fast when it came to communication. If I ever needed anything he was right there or responded within minutes. I added two other services in addition to what the repairs called for. When it came to sending the bill to my less-than-intelligent insurance company, he even highlighted everything that pertained to Travellers insurance and the two extra services he labeled as “internal” so it wouldn’t confuse the insurance co. I am so impressed with how fast the repairs were and how he kept me in constant communication. Can’t thank him enough. That man definitely needs a raise or a bonus!! Lol More

He confirmed that the dealer had the proper battery in-house. He indicated that if I arrived at 12:15 PM he could squeeze us in at 12:30 PM.
