Purchased a new Sienna. Completed the sale. Went to the bathroom and when I came back was told everything I needed was all in the vehicle. Got home (an hour away) and rea Completed the sale. Went to the bathroom and when I came back was told everything I needed was all in the vehicle. Got home (an hour away) and realized I was not provided ANY of my paperwork. Not even my temporary registration card to legally be able to drive the car. It's now been 3 days and I still don't have the paperwork despite 10+ calls/emails to the dealership and being told it would be sent via overnight mail. Was told by Daniel that the temp reg form can't be sent via email. Was told by Sebastian that I don't need the form to legally drive the car. A majority of my time spent purchasing the car was declining additional film coats, paint protection, leather protection, extended warranties, etc. Annoying but can be overlooked if the job they needed to do was actually done right. We all make mistakes. It's how we respond to mistakes that defines our character. Their lackluster response and seeming indifference makes it an easy choice to not return to this dealership in the future. More

Dan is an Amazing Salesman that went above and beyond to meet mine and my Family's needs. Really took care of us. Unfortunately we cant say the same about the Finance Department and service department. To meet mine and my Family's needs. Really took care of us. To finance i asked them specifically to NOT run my credit with Members 1st, and guess what? it was run through them even though i asked them specifically not to. Then Service Department, It's a Mess. I was in the market to purchase a second vehicle and considered one of the vehicles in the inventory, but after my interaction with the service department. They cost Dan a sale. When I bought my Ford I called to ask a simple question, (New to Ford I was seeking guidance) When answered, they told me, "I'm sorry we're Toyota and we don't work on American cars". So they transferred me to Dodge side. And when Jodie? I think is her name she told me, "we don't work on Ford" and hung up on me. And really made wonder, If I buy this car from them. Am i going to have the same issues? Its a Mercedes, are they gonna tell me they don't work on German cars now? And to add, i bought a service contract with a "disappearing $100 deductible" and when i asked them about that once again they told me they don't work on Ford that's my problem and they don't know why Finance would tell me that is disappearing if its not. I had to leave a Review because i saw someone talking bad about Dan and that's not fair, he is an excellent Sales person. Its the finance department and the service department that screw Dan out of more potential sales at least from me and my family. More

Unlike other Toyota dealers in the area Heritage went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle I wanted in short order rather than projecting indifference and giving me some nebulous distant expected delivery estimate. Daniel and Ryan were professional and accommodating throughout the entire ordering and delivery process. Thank you for your effort in securing the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner.
