Daniel was the only reason I came into the dealership and the primary reason I signed on-site. His email outreach the month prior was consistent enough not to bury in my inbox but not so often to be bothers the primary reason I signed on-site. His email outreach the month prior was consistent enough not to bury in my inbox but not so often to be bothersome. Compared to other dealers- he listened to what I wanted and didn’t repeat questions. On-site, he continued to listen, was never condescending or impatient with questions or negotiations. I did have a lower offer elsewhere and while I do wish and feel the dealership could have shown further flexibility in pricing, it wasn’t so much that I was willing to start over with another salesman. More
