Needed car quicky. Daniel and Ray delivered. Our vehicle of three years ('12 Focus) chose to end its life in the middle of our kids summer vacation. Absolutely not cool, thus, it didn't dese Our vehicle of three years ('12 Focus) chose to end its life in the middle of our kids summer vacation. Absolutely not cool, thus, it didn't deserve the love it would have if it didn't strand us. After two days of looking for a reasonably priced used car, we decided to bite the bullet and stopped by a dealership. Since we've rented a Nissan Rogue Sport during a trip to East Coast, and were rather happy with the experience, then that was the car we chose to purchase. Daniel approached as within minutes of our arrival and, in my mind, I was getting ready to tell him to "buzz off" and walk around to chose a car fitting our needs, and then resume additional suffering once the negotiations were to begin. Well, that wasn't to happen. Daniel's nonchalant approach and friendly communication allowed us (the wife and I) to express our needs, wants and limits. And as such, Daniel was able to find the car we actually quite liked. After seeing some other comparable models, we knew that one we were already sitting in, is the one we will leave with. Daniel was advised that we're quite short on time and adjusted the purchase process accordingly. After a short sit down in the showroom, Daniel brought us to Ray, who got us through the paperwork (if that's what it's called, all was done on a giant touchscreen tablet). In no time, the negotiations and signatures were done, paper plates and docs handed to us and off we were. Wife is happy with her new (-er, low-mile CPO '18 Rogue Sport) people mover, I'm happy that she is happy, and life goes on as should. Now, let's see how the service visits will go, would be a shame to tarnish the positive initial experience. More

I inform her of my problem, she informed me the person I was trying to calling was on vacation threw his card away. so she brought me into the service center and I met Mr. Heath Marquardt service person he treated very well. I informed him what had happen to me that I was calling for several days leaving messages on a machine and no one never getting back to me . He said he was sorry for my inconvenience. help me make an appointment for the next day for my oil change he wanted me to do it when I was there but I had a doctor's appointment .so the next day, when I arrived Heath greeted me and treated me well, almost made me forget what had happen to me.Heath will be my go to guy for my service from now on. I made my next appointment through Heath for my other car on the 15th and he took care of me. P.S. I think the company should get rid of leave a message and I will call you back because no one did. one of the calls, I spoke to a man who said he would get back to me put me on hold and never did get back to me after waiting a few minutes the call went to a message box asking me to leave a message I did and still never got a call back. you should transfer the call to someone who is working at the time the customer calls. More
