I had a less than satisfactory experience with one of the sales managers in deal on a late-model truck purchase. Daniel M. was great do deal with. I had a less than satisfactory experience with one of the sales managers in the booth (he made a rather snarky comment to me during negotiations) and I mentioned it to Daniel. He spoke with another manager and got me the deal I was pursuing. Final paperwork took longer than a straight cash, no finance, no trade deal should have. Only one person was doing the closing deals (he was great), but there were a couple other drawn-out deals ahead of me. I was the last one to leave the dealership that night. More
