OC our salesman made this so easy- all on line. I'll be back because what they promised on line is exactly what they did. They got the Bronco we wanted and had it within 7 days. My goodness! As far as dealerships are concerned this is the worse I've ever had any dealings with. Rude staff, no decent cars to buy and if your own a Ford and n As far as dealerships are concerned this is the worse I've ever had any dealings with. Rude staff, no decent cars to buy and if your own a Ford and need warranty or recall work done that takes longer than a few hours they will send you away because they don't offer loaners or rentals at all. The service dept told me that they sold all of their loaners to stay afloat. Not sure how long before they sink with the horrible customer service. I was a Ford guy but with all of the defects and dealership issues I can no longer support Ford any longer. More
