Wasn’t happy to learn that the 48000 mile warranty I thought I had been given as sales incentive was not bumper to bumper. Found out the side step failure and navigation system issues (ongoing for quit thought I had been given as sales incentive was not bumper to bumper. Found out the side step failure and navigation system issues (ongoing for quite a while) were “updates” needed at a cost of almost $600…… Daniel was in training, so I understood length of check-in for my appointment- but I was left for 7 hours to wonder what was going on only to be told it wasn’t covered and so nothing was done. I’ve used Jessup for years and bought this truck at Jessup- but now, with no warranty, I will find a service closer to home. Disappointed. More
